Today I made my way to the grocery store and bought the things I will need for my diet. I separated them in categories of things to eat daily.I also put the serving size next to each if it is a liquid item. If you are going to follow this plan, you should have 6 "meals" and pick at least one from each category.

Pomx Antioxidant Super Tea - Pomegranate Peach Passion White Tea

Eggs (Hardboiled, Egg Whites)
You should also drink 8 bottles of water a day. Each water bottle contains 16 oz of water. 8 bottles will be double the normal required amount of water.
The liquid items come in bottles that are either 15 - 16 oz. That is considered as two meals. If you just want one liquid meal, then you should drink about half the bottle.

Suggested Foods
Breakfast:
Oatmeal (B1, B2, B5, B9)
Egg Whites (B1, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12, A, D, E)
Boiled Egg (B1, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12, A, D, E)
Whole Wheat Cereal (B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, A)
Whole Wheat Piece of Toast and Butter (B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, A, D)
Scrambled Potatoes (Vitamin C)
Lunch or Dinner:
Salad (C, B2, B3, B9, D)
Chicken (B3, B7, A)
Fish (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, A)
Okay, so these are real examples, but you get the point. These are just some ideas. Good snack ideas would include yougurt, fruit, or nuts. Also, if you get hungry, eat celery. It's high in vitamins and by the time you're done chewing, you have already burned off the calories.
Day Three
Breakfast:
Oatmeal (B1, B2, B5, B9)
Egg Whites (B1, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12, A, D, E)
Tea (Vitamin K)
Lunch:
Orange Juice (C)
Grapefruit Juice (C)
Lemonade (C)
Limeade (C)
Salad (C, B2, B3, B9, D)
Dinner:
Tomato Soup (B2, B3, B5, B9, C, D)
Carrot Juice (B2, B3, B5, B9, C, D, E)
Salad (C, B2, B3, B9, D)
You can still eat yougurt as a snack and also incorporate pudding or jello. Things like V8 are good also. Try to get organic juices because they will have the most nutrients.
The Liquid Diet will be alot of what you can have for day 3. Still refer to the list of vitamins. Anything you would like to eat, just eat in juice form. For instance, if you want grapes, have some organic White Grape Juice. If you are going to eat soups, make sure you don't exceed 2000 mg a day. You do not want too much salt in your system.
Once the liquid diet begins, you will can take supplements in the form of pills. I recommend One - A- Day, Fish Oil, and Vitamin D. I don't recommend any diet pills at any time. They can be dangerous as some spped the heart rate, but one I foumd that is natural (and recommended by Dr. Oz) is African Mango. They are said to speed metabolism. I will be taking those as well.
I will be posting a log. I know it will serve more as a guide because it's kind of hard coming up with solutions off the top of my head. You'll get the idea once I begin.

The Process
Here I'm going to outline the process I have come up with that I call LiqFit!
Once again, the program is an almost all liquid diet. It takes 21 days to break a habit, so thats how many days the program is. The habit were breaking is weight!
Days 1 - 3 are similar to the Lemonade Diet, they will be referred to "Ease In"
Days 3 - 16 are the Liquid Diet portion
Days 17 - 21 are referred to as the "Ease Out" portion
In any diet or even a normal healthy lifestyle, you are supposed to eat every 3 hours you are awake. People have many views on eating before bed. SOme say you shouldnt because your body cannot break it down, others say you should because you are not eating so many hours until you wake the next day. Throughout this plan you can eat up to an hour before bed. I have read many studies about weight loss and sleep and also heard from a dietitian that getting a full 8 hours and also being sleep between the hours of 11 pm to 3 am will help you lose weight. I work at night sometimes so this may be hard, but the nights I don't, come 11pm, I will be sleep!
Ease In
The Ease In process is a good way to start getting your body used to nutrients and also begin to introduce your system to all of the liquids. You should refer to the post about nutrients needed and pick your food from that. You will need to drink 8 - 8 oz glasses of water. I personally, will be drinking 8 - 16 fl oz bottles of water, which is double the required amount. Have 6 small meals to be eaten every 3 hours. On the 3rd day, try to limit your diet to just fruits and vegetables or water based foods. You want to eat things that are the closest to liquids so your body can prepare.
Liquid Diet
The liquid Diet is going to be the hardest part of the diet simply becasue you are not having any solid food for two weeks. Think of it as being an introduction to what you would have to eat if you got your wisdom teeth removed or braces put in. Becasue we are taking in vital nutrients, your body won't be deprived. If you get hungry for something that's not on the diet, simply drink water. You'll get full and also hydrated.
Ease Out
Ease Out is similar to easy in. Just reverse the process

Don't Deprive Me
Many doctors - most - don't want people to lose weight too quickly for several reasons. One is they say you'll gain it back. They want you to eat the correct things over a long period so it becomes a lifestyle. After this diet, I plan to do that, but I really don't want someone else telling me that I'm going to lose weight the wrong way. People say that liquid diets, crash diets, or any kind of diets aren't good because they lack important nutrients that your body needs. I'm aware, which is why I took the time to research the things our body needs and incorporate them in the diet. I posted a list of different vitamins, what they do and how you can consume. Because this is going to be a mostly liquid diet, some supplements will be taken daily to suffice, but parts of the diet will allow solid food where the vitamins can be found.

Welcome!
Welcome! You must have gotten to this page because you want to lose weight FAST, right? Good! Then you're just like me! I'm in dire need to drop some pounds so I've come up with a plan to help me do exactly that. First, let's get to know a little bit about each other. I'm going to tell you about me and how this idea for LiqFit came up and you can leave comments to respond.
I'm a 20 year old college student - that should already explain why I need to lose weight. FRESHMAN 15. But in my case it was FRESHMAN 30! Anywho, I am an aspiring actress and well on the way to being a Radio/TV host/. I am soon wanting to compete in beauty pageants because it will be a huge boost to my career, acting wise as well as Radio/TV. The entertainment industry does require you look a certain way, I'm not really concerned about how they feel about me. I'm doing this for myself. I was never more than 140 pounds (I'm 5'5) and now I weight at about 177, give or take a few. I'm not obese, but my body isn't exactly banging. I feel as though my weight is holding me back from competing in pageants not because I feel I'll be judged on my weight but because I lack the confidence I once had.
I have tried just about everything in the book to lose weight. I either don't finish or it does not work. I try to eat right but I lead a busy life which causes for an unhealthy diet. I once had a personal trainer and although I was working out, I still did not eat correctly. Dieting is 80% of losing weight. So the weight I did lose, only came right back - and that wasn't much anyway!
I have a friend who had a sister who is into dieting. I think her body is fine, but nobody sees you like you see yourself! She introduced me into "The Lemonade Diet." I have heard of it a few times, I have even heard real life testimonials (from real people, not actors) who saw a difference, I saw it too. The only problem is, I'm greedy. I need taste! I have not tried the Lemondae Diet, and don't think I will because I don't think I can get around to it. They say its not horrible but there is a stage that involves a Sea Salt Water Drink, ummm yea, I think I'll pass! So that leaves me here, still feeling like I'm fat as hell!
I had a talk with my cousin who is also trying to lose weight, more weight than I'm tryin to lose. So far with a healthy diet and exercise, she's lost 20 pounds! But did I mention it has been 4 months since she started? I don't have that time! Pageant season ends June, right before the state Pageant. There are less than 15 titles left and I would still have to train before I can enter. I need something now!
After thinking about all of the weight loss advice I've gotten from my Personal Trainer, Dietitan, Doctor, Friends/Family that have lost weight, weight loss websites, The Lemonade Diet, and MTV's "I Used To Be Fat," I've decided to come up with LiqFit, an almost fully Liquit Diet. I haven't started yet, but I have made a plan of what I will do. I created this blog to serve as a guide for this diet and let you know my results. I'm aiming to do this for 14 days beginning on March 11! So by March 25th, I expect to see results. Until I begin, I will be posting the plan and information you should know about health and weight loss.
