The Process

Here I'm going to outline the process I have come up with that I call LiqFit!
Once again, the program is an almost all liquid diet. It takes 21 days to break a habit, so thats how many days the program is. The habit were breaking is weight!

Days 1 - 3 are similar to the Lemonade Diet, they will be referred to "Ease In"
Days 3 - 16 are the Liquid Diet portion
Days 17 - 21 are referred to as the "Ease Out" portion


In any diet or even a normal healthy lifestyle, you are supposed to eat every 3 hours you are awake. People have many views on eating before bed. SOme say you shouldnt because your body cannot break it down, others say you should because you are not eating so many hours until you wake the next day. Throughout this plan you can eat up to an hour before bed. I have read many studies about weight loss and sleep and also heard from a dietitian that getting a full 8 hours and also being sleep between the hours of 11 pm to 3 am will help you lose weight. I work at night sometimes so this may be hard, but the nights I don't, come 11pm, I will be sleep!

Ease In

The Ease In process is a good way to start getting your body used to nutrients and also begin to introduce your system to all of the liquids. You should refer to the post about nutrients needed and pick your food from that. You will need to drink 8 - 8 oz glasses of water. I personally, will be drinking 8 - 16 fl oz bottles of water, which is double the required amount. Have 6 small meals to be eaten every 3 hours. On the 3rd day, try to limit your diet to just fruits and vegetables or water based foods. You want to eat things that are the closest to liquids so your body can prepare.

Liquid Diet

The liquid Diet is going to be the hardest part of the diet simply becasue you are not having any solid food for two weeks. Think of it as being an introduction to what you would have to eat if you got your wisdom teeth removed or braces put in. Becasue we are taking in vital nutrients, your body won't be deprived. If you get hungry for something that's not on the diet, simply drink water. You'll get full and also hydrated.

Ease Out

Ease Out is similar to easy in. Just reverse the process
